PoolSolver is operated by Moving Data Systems d.o.o., a limited-liability company registered in Slovenia. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The calculators and accompanying content on PoolSolver provide engineering and chemistry estimates, derived from primary sources cited on the page that uses them. The methods are shown and the inputs are auditable, but the results are for general informational purposes and reflect modelled values, not a site-survey of any particular pool.

The content on PoolSolver is not professional advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. In particular, it is not water-treatment advice, electrical advice, plumbing advice, structural advice, or medical advice. Pool chemistry can be hazardous; visitors are expected to follow the safety and dosing instructions on the labels of the chemical products they use, to handle and store chemicals safely, and to consult a qualified professional for their specific situation when there is any doubt.

The operator is not liable for outcomes arising from use of the calculators or reliance on the content. The site is provided as is, without any warranty that the results are appropriate for a particular purpose.

The sourced reference datasets that appear as tables on calculator pages — including the manufacturer-published salt-cell ratings, the saltwater galvanic series for pool metals, and the manufacturer-published water capacities for round above-ground pools — are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). They may be reused with attribution to PoolSolver and a link back to the source page from which the dataset is reused.

The remainder of the site — the prose, the calculator engines, the schema, the visual design, and the inline SVG diagrams — is the operator's and is not released under CC BY 4.0 unless expressly stated on the page in question.

Visitors are asked to use the site only for its intended purpose and not to attempt to disrupt the site, bypass technical protections, scrape the site at a rate that interferes with normal service, misrepresent PoolSolver as the source of computations that the site did not perform, or use the site in any way that violates applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PoolSolveris provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. The operator does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from the use of the calculators will be accurate or reliable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator's liability arising out of or in connection with your use of PoolSolver is limited to the extent permitted by applicable Slovenia and European Union law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Slovenia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of PoolSolver, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply where a visitor is resident.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, communicated through the site. Continued use of the site after such an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
